Welcome to Spanish Games. These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and Solana Digital Studios S.L. ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the spanishgames.example website, including all themed reel games, pages, and features offered through it (collectively, the "Service").

We may add, reset, recalibrate, or remove fun credits at any time, with or without notice, including to balance gameplay.

3. Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18, (b) you are legally permitted to access free-to-play amusement products in your jurisdiction, and (c) all information you provide to us is accurate. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

• access the Service through automated means, bots, scrapers, or headless browsers;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any game logic;
• tamper with random outcomes, fun credit balances, or front-end code to gain an advantage;
• resell, rebrand, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written consent;
• use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person, or to violate any applicable law.

We may, at our sole discretion, throttle, suspend, or permanently revoke access from any Player or IP address that breaches this section, with no obligation to provide notice or compensation.

5. Intellectual property

All graphics, illustrations, fonts, sound design, code, text, layouts, and brand assets are the property of Solana Digital Studios S.L. or its licensors and are protected by Spanish and international copyright, trademark, and database-right laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and view the Service for personal, non-commercial leisure only. No other rights are granted.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running but make no promise of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, including individual themes and features, without liability to you. We may also update these terms; the version published at the URL above is the current one, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from malware.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solana Digital Studios S.L., its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because no real money changes hands, you acknowledge that any direct damages are inherently limited and that our aggregate liability will not exceed ten euros (€10).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
